At PawCrystal， we offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

1. Free Express Shipping: This option typically takes 7 to 10 business days, depending on your country and address. If you’re not in a rush, this is a great choice. Please note that delivery times may be extended during holidays or due to other unforeseen delays.

2. Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we use DHL, which generally delivers within 3 business days. However, during holidays, this timeframe may be slightly extended.

Once your custom crystal product is finished, we will hand it over to the shipping company. You will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your package until it reaches your doorstep.
