Once your personalized crystal is expertly crafted and ready to ship, we carefully hand it over to our trusted carrier to ensure it arrives safely at your door. During checkout, you can choose between two shipping options: Free Regular Shipping: This option is complimentary and typically takes about 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the season and carrier schedules. DHL Expedited Shipping: If you need your crystal sooner, you can opt for DHL expedited shipping, which generally delivers within 3-4 business days. As with any shipping service, delivery times may be faster or slower depending on the season and location. No matter which shipping option you choose, we will provide tracking information so you can monitor your order's journey from our facility to your doorstep.
1. Receiving Your Text and Images: We begin by collecting all the text and images you provide. Our team carefully reviews your materials to ensure they are suitable for engraving.
2. Image Editing and Enhancement: Next, we crop and edit your images to fit perfectly into the crystal. If the image quality is not ideal, we use advanced AI tools to enhance it at no extra cost, ensuring the best possible outcome.
3. Engraving Process: Once the images are processed, we send them to our production team. Using precision laser technology, we engrave your photo and text into the crystal, capturing every detail.
Final Touches: After engraving, we place your crystal into a beautiful gift box. If you’ve chosen a light base, we include it as well to enhance the display of your crystal.
4. Shipping: Finally, we call our carrier to pick up your package and ship it directly to you. We take care of every detail to ensure your custom crystal arrives in perfect condition, ready to be cherished.
This option typically takes 7 to 10 business days, depending on your country and address. If you’re not in a rush, this is a great choice. Please note that delivery times may be extended during holidays or due to other unforeseen delays.
For faster delivery, we use DHL, which generally delivers within 3 business days. However, during holidays, this timeframe may be slightly extended.
Once your custom crystal product is finished, we will hand it over to the shipping company. You will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your package until it reaches your doorstep.
You can return your item within 30 days of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to offer refunds or remakes. Please ensure that returns are in their original packaging and that the item is in the same condition as when it was received. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. The easiest way to provide this is to print your email receipt and include it with your return. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Note: Gift cards or promotional cards cannot be returned. For more details on returns, exchanges, damaged items, cancellations, and gift cards, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Once we receive your return, we’ll send you an email update. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method. Please note that this can take a few days. Partial refunds may be issued if the returned item is not in its original condition. Shipping fees for expedited options are non-refundable once the order has been shipped. If you haven't received your refund after a few days, first check with your credit card provider or bank. If the issue persists, contact us at support@pawcrystal.com, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.
We work quickly to create your custom crystal, so if you need to cancel, notify us as soon as possible at support@pawcrystal.com. If your order is already in production or ready to ship, we may not be able to cancel it.
If your package hasn’t arrived by its estimated delivery date, check the status using your tracking number. If the site indicates your package was delivered, check with neighbors or nearby addresses. If you still can’t locate your package, contact us at support@pawcrystal.com, and we’ll help track it or arrange for a remake.
If your crystal arrives damaged, we can assist with a remake. Here’s what you need to do: Open your package promptly and notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping materials to support@pawcrystal.com Our team will assist you in resolving the issue.
If something is wrong with your crystal, we may be able to remake it. Send a photo of the crystal against a dark background to support@pawcrystal.com, and explain what needs to be fixed. Because our products are custom-made, we only remake items with manufacturing issues, excluding any design enhancements made during production. For more details on our editing process, check our FAQ.
